PROFESSIONAL WORK
A career built across medicine, leadership, and healthcare operations.
My professional experience has taken me beyond traditional clinical practice and into the broader systems that shape how healthcare is delivered.
Across clinical medicine, medical direction, APP supervisor & educator, telemedicine, healthcare operations, and education, I have developed a perspective that connects the realities of patient care with the operational and strategic decisions behind it.
Today, I bring that perspective to work focused on improving healthcare delivery, supporting clinicians, educating patients and professionals, and contributing to the future of healthcare.
CLINICAL MEDICINE
Medicine remains the foundation of my work.
I began practicing Family Medicine in 2012 after completing residency training at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
My clinical experience has included comprehensive primary care, telemedicine, and care delivered across different healthcare environments.
Clinical practice continues to shape how I approach every professional challenge: with an understanding of the patient, the clinician, and the realities of delivering care in the real world.

MEDICAL LEADERSHIP
Supporting clinicians and maintaining the standard of care.

I value leadership that is clinically grounded, collaborative, and focused on creating environments where clinicians can provide high-quality care.

HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS
Understanding what happens behind the exam room.
Working across different healthcare settings has given me firsthand exposure to the operational side of medicine.
I have served in medical leadership roles within healthcare organizations where clinical standards, regulatory requirements, patient safety, staffing, workflow, and business operations intersect.
These experiences have strengthened my interest in the systems that determine how healthcare is delivered—and in the role physicians can play in shaping those systems.

PHYSICIAN EDUCATor
Translating medical knowledge into practical understanding.
Education has become an increasingly important part of my work.

My approach to education is grounded in clinical evidence while remaining practical, accessible, and relevant to the people receiving it.

DIGITAL HEALTH
Exploring new ways to deliver and communicate care.
Healthcare continues to evolve, and technology is changing how patients access care, how clinicians work, and how health information is delivered.
My experience in telemedicine and digital health education has given me an appreciation for both the opportunities and the limitations of technology in healthcare.
I am particularly interested in how digital tools can expand access while maintaining the clinical judgment, trust, and human connection that remain central to good healthcare.

WHAT CONNECTS THE WORK
Different roles. One perspective.
Although my roles have varied, the underlying focus has remained consistent: understanding how we can make healthcare work better.
For patients, that means care that is accessible, understandable, and centered on their health.
For clinicians, it means systems that support good clinical judgment rather than creating unnecessary barriers to it.
For healthcare organizations, it means recognizing that clinical quality, operational effectiveness, and sustainable strategy are interconnected.
That intersection is where I want my work to continue growing.
LOOKING AHEAD
Building toward the next chapter of healthcare.
My current professional focus is at the intersection of healthcare leadership, strategy, metabolic health, physician education, and digital health.
I am continuing to build on my clinical foundation while developing the business and strategic perspective needed to contribute at a broader organizational level.
I am particularly interested in opportunities that bring together clinical expertise, healthcare operations, innovation, and thoughtful leadership.
